  • No metal parts ? The surfaces of a wafer/mask are never scratched in contrast to conventional metal tweezers
  • Chemical resistant
  • Continuous use at up to 130 deg C.
  • Unique patent pending design ensures handling of delicate semiconductor wafer and mask securely without excessive force.
  • The tweezers are optically polished to reduce surface particle contamination.
