Please note that lead time for products ordered via the netmotionstore.com online store will typically range from 1-2 weeks for in-stock items based on product and availability. Order confirmations with lead times will be sent reflecting an estimated ship out date. Note that the shipping options at online checkout only reflect the ship time conducted via 3rd party shippers.
Also, please note that while we can ship to many places in worldwide, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For any inquiries or concerns regarding shipping for your ordered items, please contact orderdesk@arcus-technology.com with order confirmation number.
RMA Guidelines
- We are not responsible for consequential damages or contingent liabilities or labor charges or any other charges or damages incurred by the customer out of defective installation, workmanship, or defects in equipment and/or merchandise.
- No merchandise or equipment purchased may be returned without written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Arcus Technology.
RMA Shipping Guidelines
- On return shipments, write the RMA # on the original shipping label, not on the box. Products returned without the RMA # on the shipping label will be refused.
- Items returned for credit must be in original packaging and contain all components.
Return Guidelines
- Product Unopened
- The customer has the option to return the product within 15 days for a restocking fee of 15%.
- Customer pays for return shipping.
- Product Opened
- The customer has the option to return the product within 30 days for a refurbish fee of 30%.
- Customer pays for return shipping.
